Thanks, hadn't thought of doing it that way. I'll give Geof a call and see what he thinks.

It's been a while but got the diff sorted now. I found a used one on eBay from a front totalled 2004 C5 on 65k miles and the correct 3.15 ratio. Warren and his team at Topcats Racing did the work so a big thanks to them. I also had the torque tube bearings and donuts done at the same time while it was all out. All quiet again
