Also could the hose from pump be clogged up or the washer jets by windshield ?
If hose is off the pump and washer switch ON does fluid come out ?
Is something at bottom of WW tank preventing water getting to pump ?
Is it possible new pump is bad ?
Swap the pump with your voltage meter and across the 2 wires with ign key on and push washer switch
should go from 0 to 12 volts.
