Thanks to everyone who braved our typical British weather today, especially those who came from other regions.
Sorry I did not get to talk to all of you, if we could have sat outside by our cars then I would have got around to you all and put a face to a name. Fortunately we were able to go inside and have a look around the Museum.
We we’re about 8 cars down on the original number, but nevertheless a superb turnout, thank you once again for making the journey and representing our corvette club.
It was great to see our club chairman even though he was not in a corvette (can you spot his car)

Looks like you all had a good turn out. Sorry I wasn't able to make it, but as previously said the 5-6 hour return journey was making me hesitant a bit anyway, and the appalling weather down here on the day just put me off as I don't think I could manage driving my C3 for that long in one day in awful weather.

And now for something completely different ! In the Museum was the 2008 built Lightning EV , has to be the best looking EV ever made . Why are all others so pug ugly ??
Also some of the rally cars on display including the BMC 1800 `Land Crab` and the legendary Timo Makinen / Henry Lindon Ford Escort Mk. 1 . Not to mention the jacked up Chevy Coupe rally monster !
