You can usually get track days and short notice in the UK especially in the winter just look at the weather forecast.

My local is Zandvoort. I'm British but live in NL. It's more the risk of rain. Its super cheap to do a session here - about 50 eur. More the weather an issue. But maybe last minute is the way to go and keeping an eye on the weather!?

Once you’ve been on one they often email you with late minute availability, at least the places I’ve been testing do.

Or a weekend away at Paul Richard then! Big run offs there.
