Wanted - factory C5 radio; CD or tape

Hi,
I'm looking for a factory C5 head unit with either tape or CD player to replace the aftermarket single DIN one fitted currently. I obviously want it to be UK spec too so I can pick up more than just occasional Radio 2 from the Japan spec unit fitted

Sorry I've only just seen your posting on this. Are you stil;l; loking for one?
I took out a perfectly working C5 head unit last year and replaced with a Pioneer with motorised screen.
I've got the original stored away. I am considering selling the C5 and I don't know if a purchaser may want to have the original with it.

PS. I have the 10-disk CD player unit in the back still. I know it needs a little mechanical servicing as it used to jam occasionally

Hi Alex, I managed to source a tape version in the end, but out of interest what is the one you have and what price would you be looking for including postage?

Hi,

I will check the model number for you tomorrow as it’s boxed up in my cellar.

The factory head I have is also cassette tape. I believe the CD changer unit it just an optional extra that may plug in via a long loom running from front to back. Does your car perhaps have the loom fitted and not plugged in? Check under the carpet at the very back in the covered compartment.
