What’s missing on this part?

Hi all, just waiting on delivery of my C4, anyday now. Going through the sellers pics of the under carriage of the car there appears to be a perfect hole where somethings missing like a plug. Im guessing an oil pan plug?
I’m a Complete mechanic novice

Sump drain plug, pretty vital, as it's missing, means there's no oil in that engine at all, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO START

It's for radiator drain access. Just took these pics while under my 1993. Corvette sump is further back behind front suspension.View attachment 8227

Oh ok, is it bad it’s missing? What actions will I need to take before trying to turn the car over with this missing, Thanks

That hole is just to connect piece of hose when draining radiator.
