I would have thought the seller would have put it in BJ at palm beach this past week.

Don’t tell me it’s another corvette without a soft top, just looked at all the pictures and NO soft top shown. Even in the sunshine state it would be risky to take it out with the hard top off. Surprised one ( a soft top) wasn’t sourced and fitted at the time of restoration. Go figure.

$176,000. Nice buy. If you click on the buyers name DDSEOE it shows you his buying history. Lets just say he's rather well off with I think 15 x split screens, every red C4 that comes up for auction, several new Corvettes and a pile of historic vehicles over just a few years. He's admitted he's a dentist

He’s certainly a prolific bidder, obviously a hardened/seasoned bidder as he sets his price and won’t go over it as seen in his past history. He went up to 250k for a 1992 corvette Batmobile but didn’t win it, so shows his restraint. Serious collector of various tastes, but obviously likes corvettes

Well, he doesn’t scare everybody off, he’s obviously in a select group of buyers who most probably come up against each other quite frequently. The old saying “ some you win some you loose”
