Yate American Car and Truck Meet

This meet is held on the third Thursday of the month in the evening at a local retail car park. I trolled down in the 'Vette today and there is certainly an eclectic turn-out of american heavy metal.....

Looks like a great meet with some top notch cars . I haven`t been to Yate since since March 1999 when I was powered by steam and not gasoline . I bet it has changed a bit since then . Spent two days operating the Bristol Branch Explorer and was in and out of Yate like a fidlers elbow going backwards and forwards from Bristol Temple Meads to Avonmouth , Filton , Severn Beach and Tytherington . This meet has started up again this year and always attracts some interesting vehicles - not all of them yanks. Video shows some of the turnout for April .....
