Hellish conditions for track day !
I used to see Chris occasionally a few years ago at shows, really nice bloke and lovely car, haven't seen him for a while. If memory serves me correct I think his son got cancer and was very ill, perhaps that's where the rumour/confusion about Chris's health came from.I was told the chap mentioned in the article and who restored the car had passed away but I was able to contact his best mate who confirmed he is still on this mortal coil

It was Alan Trevitt I spoke to who confirmed Chris was ok. Credit to him as the underside with just a quick wipe down is the cleanest I've ever seen. Something funky with the front drivers side bumper that isn't 'flat' and new tyres and she's good.I used to see Chris occasionally a few years ago at shows, really nice bloke and lovely car, haven't seen him for a while. Though I am amused that when designing their Corvette limo that they decided to put the leg burners on it to get the legs of those "posh limo riders"That silver Vette is 'kin obscene!
I like to think my C5 Targa has a bit of attitude... or nice looking at least
I'll let you guys decide though
I just put new chrome badges on it yesterday front and back as the originals had become a little tired with age... it let the look of the car down a little. Chrome ones suit the wheels now also
