Got me thinking about a beautiful Opal Monza 3.0 GTE that I sold to a friend. It was really lovely. Metallic ice green with black leather. He only had it a week, totalled it.Like my 2 litre Fuel Injected Opel Manta GTE , great car , great fun and wagged its tail like an excited puppy ! And when did you last see one on the road ??

Yes I looked at a lexus 400 years ago for a relative with gold badges everywhere. Smoothest autobox i had driven thoGold paintwork that is, not the Miami vice era gold plated grills/trim/badges/wheels. So very 80โs
Anybody remember Rude Mercs in Cambridge heath road Hackney, he was one of the first to offer the โMiami vice lookโ Mercedes 190โs over here with bodykits, SEC front grills, wheel upgrades, and of course Gold badging. He used to have a yank now and then. Always Top money, but would and could always โput it on the book โ for you.Gold paintwork that is, not the Miami vice era gold plated grills/trim/badges/wheels. Yep, remember them - just a little way down from Hackney Road/Cambridge Heath juction/railway bridge/Station. Would like to have said that it was a nice area to visit back then (as compared with today.......but it wasn't, although one might feel considerably safer 'then' than now......?)Anybody remember Rude Mercs in Cambridge heath road Hackney, he was one of the first to offer the โMiami vice lookโ Mercedes 190โs over here with bodykits, SEC front grills, wheel upgrades, and of course Gold badging.
