2025 Corvette Nationals Gala Dinner Menu Saturday 19th July

Starters:
- Tomato & Basil Soup (GF) (V) (VEO)
- Home made pate with red onion marmalade & toasted ciabatta (GFO)
- Belly pork bites with sauteed cabbage and honey grain mustard (GF)
Main Courses:
- Roast sirloin of beef with roast potato, honey roasted vegetables, seasoned greens, Yorkshire pudding and a red wine jus (£3.00 supplement) (GFO)
- Chicken breast wrapped in smoked pancetta, garlic and thyme crushed new potatoes, seasonal greens and a white wine and mushroom sauce (GF) (DFO)
- Roasted mixed vegetables stuffed pepper served with cous cous and tomato sauce (V) (VEO)
Deserts:
- Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and salted caramel ice cream
- Chocolate orange tart with coconut ice cream (GF) (VE)
- Homemade vanilla cheesecake with mixed berry compote
