Same thing 👍 were they a kit supplied by boyd coddington? Couldnt look under the hood as owner nowhere to be seen. This was for sale at 17k presuming 350 sbc and auto box. . It has a tonneau type cover hiding the seats so could not see how accurate the interior was ,

Just checked first registered 31 dec 1953 . most kit cars get a q plate, cant see this is 1953 , what’s the story ?

So do we think this was actually built by Boyd C. Or was this a kit he produced and sold for the customers to build themselves ? Be interested to know how many are out there. .

We have two "What two have you done today" threads on the go. This new one without the "?" and the original one with the "?"

You know how you think sometimes about that car you sold and wonder where it is? 6 years ago I sold my 1st Corvette (C4) that I had owned for 29 years. Thanks to Ebay I now know. So been thinking since seeing the ad, why did I do that?/regretting it. I didnt need the cash, had a garage for it and sold it for peanuts. Just didnt have the time for the C6 and C4 and hoped it was going to a good home.
